B2C White Glove in Home Delivery Service
We provide a premium service for our white glove delivery. Here is how it works:
1. We schedule the date and time directly with your client
2. We inspect the furniture before we load on our truck for delivery
3. After the truck is loaded we send out notifications to the clients via, phone/email/text with a list of the products that are coming, which day, what time of day, a photo of the driver that is coming and a link to track the truck in real time
4. The driver and helper have Keystone Transport uniforms and are a customer service oriented team
5. The owner's wife Geneva makes a freshly baked pan of cinnamon roles or cookies as a thank you gift to your client
